What is the "PPD"


PPD is the relatively enduring pattern of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that distinguish individuals from one another. The dominant view in the field of personality psychology today holds that personality emerges early and continues to change in meaningful ways throughout the lifespan. Evidence from large-scale, long-term studies has supported this perspective.

How To Do

PPD is not a theoretical subject. It is almost practically. We can use lots of activities to develop our personal progress.  As a software engineering student we should do this subject for whole 1st year and 2nd year. We participate some lectures indoor as well as many activity session outdoor. It's helpful and I feel some improvement  of my daily works, after participate that sessions.
