Activity: Barter Puzzle
It accomplishes creative teamwork on several levels. As a team, they must build the puzzle. As a team, they must find a way to convince the other teams to help them. In other words, they must solve both the puzzle and the problem of getting their pieces back.
Process:
We were assigned in to few groups, and the group leaders were asked to come front with a supporting member. then they were got a picture and asked to cut it in to 75 pieces each picture given to the team.
Then the lecturer collect those parts into separate bags and exchange some picture pieces with other pictures. Each team was given those bags as they have been exchanged. No one got the set of pieces witch they cut in.
The goal is to complete the puzzle before others.
Then the we start to solve the puzzle. It was terrible thing to imagine what the picture was. But we got special chance. we have got a picture of fruit bucket.
First we grouped each pieces as fruit. Then our work is be much simple. As we had some picture parts which belongs to another picture in another group, we were asked to necessary actions on that. So, we did exchanging parts with what we had from others.
But at last we want a one peace of picture. It is with other group and they try to hide it. So we have to make another plan for win. We divide others picture pieces that with us and we exchange more pieces. So finally we can win with teamwork as well as using some strategic plans.
